My boyfriend and I decided to work on cosplays of San and Ashitaka.

We've got about a week and haven't started, HAHA! It'll be.. a challenge. xD

I don't ever want to color anything again, to be honest, haha.
I like my stuff looking sketchy. -v- And I'm sooo not good at coloring. I'd like to be, though.

Hopefully the art class I'm taking this semester will help.

And maybe I'll stop feeling like coloring is such a chore. ^^

I like this style, but it strikes me as a bit too Disney, and the purpose of all of this experimenting with different styles is to find one of my own. I think the eyes are more suited to my cartoony stuff but I just.. can't.. get away from the big ol' eyes. -v- I love 'em. I'm starting to like actually drawing out lips too, but usually it needs shading or coloring to actually make them look GOOD there, so I don't know what to do. This is a journey, indeed.
